Mane HQ Etiquette.

Scheduling

There are a few ways to schedule an appointment - Instagram, Online, Text, or In-Person. All methods will require a credit card on file in order to reserve your spot. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation- 24 hours notice is required. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of your service. No Call/ No Shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.

Appointment Confirmations

You will receive a “Confirmation” text 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not confirm within 24 hours and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will be enforced.

Tardiness

If you anticipate on being a few minutes late to your appointment- message Samantha ASAP. If you are 15 minutes or later you may have to forfeit your appointment or adjust the services scheduled. If this becomes a reoccurring issue you will be prohibited from scheduling future services.

No Additional Guests

For the health and sanitation of our clients Mane HQ does not allow children, pets, or additional guests without an appointment. The studio has limited space that is reserved only for guests receiving services.

Color

Some complex color services may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result. If you have ever used box color on your hair it MUST be addressed at your first appointment. Box color is inconsistent/ unpredictable and results may vary. Color services are only guaranteed if you are using the suggested products and practicing proper at-home care.

Extensions

Please refer to the “Extensions” page to make sure you are following ALL of the suggested guidelines. Your extension services can only be guaranteed if you adhere to the required maintenance. Hair extensions purchased from Mane HQ must be installed and removed by Samantha. The sale of all hair extensions is final.

  • If your extensions are left at the studio and you have not been in contact with Samantha for 6 months - The extensions will be discarded.

No Refunds

No refunds of any kind will be offered.
